What can I buy?
- MP3 Music Downloads (no postal charge)
- Physical Goods (CDs, Instructional Material, Custom Harmonicas). These include a postal charge.
How do I order?
- Add the items to your shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" buttons you will find throughout the site.
You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the "View Cart" buttons on every order page
- Complete your purchase in PayPal (preferred) by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" on your shopping cart. Alternatively print off your shopping cart and post to me
with a Money Order or Bank Cheque in Pounds Sterling. Send me an email if you would like to pay using this method and I will send you my postal address.
What else do I need to know?
- I live in England and all physical goods are posted from here.
- I only accept payments in British Pounds Sterling. (If you would like to see the price equivalent in your home currency, click
here).
- Postage & Processing charges are automatically added in the shopping cart. There is no need to calculate additional postage costs.
- Physical goods will be posted within 2 weeks of receiving payment (generally within a day or two).
- International postage is by Registered Airmail (Recorded Delivery, signed-for or scanned on receipt).
- Postage in the UK is by Special Delivery or Recorded Delivery.

Guarantees & Repairs
If for any reason you find fault with an item after receiving it, you must inform me in the first week of ownership.
If the problem can't be fixed by email or phone, the item must be returned and received by me in as-new condition no later than 3 weeks after it was posted.
If there is a problem with it, I will then repair or replace and re-ship at my expense.
If you decide then not to keep the item, it must be returned in as-new condition and received by me no later than 3 weeks after it was re-sent.
In that circumstance you will be due a refund minus 30% of the total cost of your order.
Placing an order means that you understand and accept these conditions.
