within 2 weeks of receiving payment (generally within a day or two).

International postage is by Registered Airmail (Recorded Delivery, signed-for or scanned on receipt)
Postage in the UK is by Special Delivery, Except for Option 1*

GUARANTEE  &  REPAIRS

GUARANTEE

 If for any reason you find fault with an item after receiving it, you must inform me in the first week of ownership. 

 If the problem can't be fixed by email or phone, 
the item must be returned and received by me in as-new condition no later than 3 weeks after it was posted. 

I will then fix the problem (repair or replace) and re-ship at my expense. If you decide then not to keep the item, 
it must be returned in as-new condition and received by me no later than 3 weeks after it was re-sent. 
In that circumstance you will be due a refund minus 30% of the total cost of your order.
