Re: Seydel Nonslider

Excellent
I sent them an email asking if I could purchase just the mouthpiece as I have no need for a c Harp in solo tuning.
No reply as yet.

Re: 12 hole slide solo tuned harps and Paddy Richter

Check Brendan’s site for Lucky 13 tunings. There are quite a few.
As far as steel cover plates goes, I’m not sure, but I believe they are chromed brass.

Re: Bluesy slide-harp tuning

I use a pair of half valved Paddy Richter harmonicas in a switch harp, the slider drops most notes a semitone so it is close to what you describe. There are some neat effects that can be done. Play a note, bend it, push the button but keep bending, then go back. Depending on the hole you can get a n...

Re: Lucky 13 - Best harp I've played!

Looking for a Hohner Bass slider mouthpiece.

Prefer a 264 265 is ok too.
Purchase or trade.
I have harmonicas to trade, will tune to your desired tuning, I’m no Brendan or Gnarley, but I can solder, file, and tune.
If Brendan has prototypes or seconds taking up space in the shop I’d be willing to give one of them a shot too.

Re: Tremolo octave range in single reed harmonica?

Check out the lucky 13 harmonicas in solo and power chromatic tunings.
I like the paddy Richter ones, but they are missing a note in the bottom octave.

Re: Regular Scottish Tuning

Neat.
It looks like it might be really good for flute and whistle tunes.
The F# / G#. G/A pair of holes looks like it might be confusing. Did you find it difficult to maneuver?
