Now I am wondering if a better re-tuning (from C Standard Richter to C Harmonic Minor) would be a simple spiral, starting with D in the 1 blow and ending with C in the 7 draw. Of course, the Es and As would be flatted.

I need to re-tune some high/short welded phosphor-bronze reeds upwards by two semitones. How best to do this? I wish to avoid replacing reeds if possible.

Addendum, February 1, 2020: I now see that the tunings above are cousins to eleventh position standard Richter, where an A harp would be used to play in the key of G.
