The OctaHarp is Released

Post by Brendan » Thu Sep 21, 2017 8:17 am

The first of my new TwinDiatonic harmonica series, the Octaharp, is now out and ready to order. This is two 10-hole harps stacked behind a front mouthpiece, and it comes in Hohner, Seydel and Suzuki versions. Details here:

And here is a new video showing how quick it is to assemble/disassemble these harps:

Brendan, I'm very excited about the minichrome, selectable releases. When you say "Hohner model" - does that include being able to use SP 20's parts?
I have dozens of them in all kinds of tunings, and would love to be able to use them with your invention. I'm especially pumped about the possibility of having minchromes in the C6/D6 tuning in a bunch of keys, man that'd be cool.
Thanks for all the innovations- you're making our harmonica world bigger and better!

Thanks Ed - looking forward tpo hearing what you do with these things.

Yes, you can put Special 20 reedplates on the Hohner PowerCombs,

Apologies for the delay, the ordering options for the MiniChrom in particular are very complex! However we have the page 90% done and it should be up tomorrow Sunday.
