Re: Introduce yourself
Jazmaan here. I play altered tunings, Switch Harps, DM-48, etc. Here's an example of me playing a retuned XB-40. clyp.it/1b4oeplx

Re: Pentatonic tunings
What an excellent summary of pentatonic tunings! Roger has explained it all. Looking forward to hearing the tunings demonstrated at SPAH 2018 tomorrow!

Re: NEW HARPS: Lucky 13 in Solo and PowerChromatic Tunings
I hope you're planning to offer a Lucky 13 Solo in the key of C#. And a Slide-Harp that will fit a C and C# together.
Same idea would be nice to try with two PowerChromatic Lucky 13s half-step apart paired in a Switch Harp.

Re: The MiniChrom / SwitchHarp is Released
You're rignt Brendan - its the flat 5 (relative to 1 blow) that's only available as either a deep draw bend on hole 2 slide in, or a "in-between" draw bend on hole 2 slide out.

Re: The MiniChrom / SwitchHarp is Released
Ok, a week or two later and I'm no longer complaining about "lip friction"! It just took me a little longer than anticipated to adjust but now I'm fine with the movable mouthpiece. In fact I've even found a comfortable one handed grip for this beast that still allows me full slide motion. Any other ...

Re: The MiniChrom / SwitchHarp is Released
Excited to have my Melody Maker Switch Harp in hand for the first time! The sound is excellent. The mechanism will take some getting used to. Specifically, the slider movement is not like a chromatic because instead of having the slider move while everything else stays static, on the Switch Harp the...

Re: Midi harmonica dm48
Today I received my "MIDIPLUS MiniEngine USB" from Amazon. It's a little larger than a cigarette pack and runs on a USB rechargeable battery. It is completely "Plug & Play" with the DM-48 with no perceivable latency. It does not require a computer. You just plug into the headphone jack with year ear...

Re: Midi harmonica dm48
Now that some of us have had our DM-48's for a few weeks, I'd be interested in hearing your settings - what have you settled on for "Sensitivity" "Trigger" "Bend Sensivity", etc. and all those other settings? Or are you just using the defaults?
