Like the title says. Please state the +/- semitones you are comfortable with altering on reeds -- this might or might not involve reed replacement. No blue-tac or other non-permanent alterations. Also please indicate the country you are in.

A correction to the first sentence of a paragraph above:

Pushing the slider in drops each of the slide-out draw notes of holes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9 and 10 from what would have been their respective draw-bends to the next lower blues scale note.

You might consider a Lee Oskar tuning called "Seventh Son". In that tuning, the 1 blow is lowered by two semitones while the 1 draw is raised by three semitones.
