Re: TuneMaster harmonica
Ok, if you think so. Then let us wait till it is on stock again. Maybe the first one who might purchase it can write a review here. Considering about magnetism as the function principle: If it is working with the reeds directly being affected by magnetism (*), magnetic reeds are the precondition tha...

Re: TuneMaster harmonica
This looks nice! But it only works on the blow reads, right? It's really hard to see in the video, and I get t he feeling he is hiding the bottom reed plate. Still cool though, there's a lot you can do by only changing the blow reeds! I think he is pretty much hiding everything essential on this vi...

Re: TuneMaster harmonica
Looks quite interesting. https://www.turboharp.com/tunemaster-harp But it is "out of stock". Did you already see any of these, or even had one in your hands for a test? Even as it was not released on April 1st, it looks to me a little bit like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=stobfk1Mfjk :mrgre...

Re: First position natural minor custom tuning.
Lee Oskar labelling can be confusing. That is really true in fact. Once I stumbled over this when trying to replace a worn Tombo by a Seydel. There was some fuzz until I got the right one. Same label, but diferent sound. Eventually I gave the broken one to Seydel to copy the tuning. After al...

Re: Double harmonic custom tuning.
Thanks for sharing.
Looks very interesting and worth a try.
Quite easy to retune, just the B down to Bb and the F# down to F, at least 5 reeds altogether.
I like mideastern music and flamenco etc.
dear greetings

Re: Shifting a tuning to fit a certain range (i.e. that of a fiddle)
... slideless chromatics ... a distinctly different solution though. Of course, but it is certainly one that is already existing. It is ready to use. And there is no need of inventing new tunings, retuning instruments or building new ones first. Just get one and play. Btw: I think the well known an...

Ok, there are dozens of spellings at least, especially considering bending, overblows, etc. And if there is the standard sheet notation above, there is no misunderstanding at all.

Tusen tack för länkarna. Jag älsker så mycket de gamla spelmans låtar. :D Maybe you should try the TOMBO 1577. It is also called "Violin Scale - Band Chromatic". Here is the layout: https://up.picr.de/35113296xs.jpg It is a slideless chromatic in the keys of C and C#. The range is from G3 to C#7. Th...
