Re: Upcoming this Week: Two New Products
Take your time, Brendan! Does two or three weeks change anything now? If you really want something you decide to wait for it. Not much to do about it.

Re: Unibender
My main reason to try the Unibender is to get rid of half-valving because the valves get stuck after a while. Not a big problem but nevertheless probably better without. So far half-valving have been the best solution for me without spending money on a customized harmonicas to play all scales chroma...

Re: Unibender
Yeah..that is REALLY a long time to wait! and one reason among others is probably because there is more people involved in the process and more different opinions too. And this was before the era of 3D printers. If you are a inventor like Brendan you are probably dependent on your creativity to push...

Re: Unibender
I have old harmonicas to play with but my concern is rather how much i should invest on my old solutions which need new parts. No meaning in buying more parts and have no use of them laying around if Brendans solutions is to my liking. I am aware of the obstacles to make it to finish and if Brendan ...

Re: Unibender
Yes, its easy to understand all delays because all of
Brendans inventions demands specific solutions to be finished and that also require focus without disturbance from other projects. But i agree, it feels like a long time to wait if your only interest is in the Unibender.

Re: Power Chromatic
Thanks for the tip. But my approach is to use PC as is. I dont have the PC tuning diagram in front of me so i cant see what other tunings are similar to PC but i am more curious if the tuning itself could open up any new chromatic patterns because of the PC bending capability. However, when the Unib...

Re: Tools for reed replacement
I dont have any experience of Brendans own brands. They could also be welded. Either way, Brendan is the only one who can tell you about replacement reeds and how to change them.

Re: Tools for reed replacement
You dont mention the brand on your harmonica and also if you prefer rivet or screw to attach the new reed but here are two links, but there is also other customizers who have tools for this. Or you can make them yourself but you need to know how and how to put a new reed in. http://harp.andrewzajac....
