Slightly Used PowerChromatic Available Cheap

For our USA readers:
An American customer who bought a PowerChromatic harp in D via Rockin' Ron wants to return it. RR doesn't do returns so, rather than have him post to me in England, it would make sense for him to post it within USA.
I'm offering it to someone who lives in America for a low price. Would any of you be interested? Normal price is $61, I'll do it for $40.
It's virtually new, only played for 30 minutes. The issue was that a valve spring came out (see attached photo). The actual valve is still inside I believe.
