Customizing Lucky13s /Alternative Cover Plates

Howdy all!
I'm looking to customize my trio of PC tuned Lucky 13s.
I intend to
Swap the combs with Andrew's customs
Double Reed plate them
And replace the cover plates
So I'm looking for some advice:
What size screws will I need to double the Rees plates?
And is anyone aware of a third party who can make steel or brass cover plates for the lucky 13s.
It seems that the only thing that comes close - is the marine band special 12. And even then I'd have to do some trimming and re drilling.
