These have taken a lot of work to get ready. I'm touring in Ireland for a couple of weeks, but wanted to get them out there for pre-order before I left. All orders posted in the sequence they were received by the end of September.

I really like your idea of the stealth valves. However, I have nine Lucky 13's and the price to apply stealth valves to all nine is rather pricey for me. I didn't see any quantity pricing for them. Is there?

Those little white strips for the blow and draw reeds is that the whole kit? I looked on the website and it said the price is £17 is that right? Seems way too high a price just for that. I thought at that price you'd be getting a comb as well!

I still don't understand the point of the powercombs. Seydel just puts the valves on the reedplates using their regular combs. What advantage does having a slot on the comb for the valves do?

Re. Prices: Note that they all include International Postage. That's not cheap but, as David says, multiple buys bring the per-kit price down.

Try buying single valves online and compare the prices including postage - you'll find most are higher than mine in the final tally, and single valves don't give you the fast, easy, accurate application procedure my Stealth-Valves offer. The choice is yours but, all things considered, I think my deal is a good one.

Yes, you can stick individual valves on harps with commercial combs, but with all of them you'll need to trim the base of the valve to avoid it getting squashed by the comb. That causes air gaps and can distort the valve.

Try it on a G to C Special 20 and see what I mean... Commercial combs vary with their suitability for valves but in all cases you'll need to be very careful on this aspect.

Not with my PowerCombs: their generous Valve Pockets give plenty of room for the valve bases to fit and, combined with my Stealth-Valves, you have a very fast, easy, hassle-free solution that anyone can master, no matter how technically minded you are.

The idea is just to simplify the whole valving process so more people can get the benefit of half-valving on their favourite model harps without fuss.

But if you are experienced and careful, you can certainly use single valves on commercial combs.

I'm new to this forum. I have a few questions.
Is it possible to fit the Own-Brand Power Bender with the Stealth-Valve Kit?
Is the comb adapted to that?
Is it recommended?
Will the Own-Brand Power Bender come with pre-installed half valving any time soon?
I would really appreciate to know more about that. I suppose many would be interested too for future plans regarding not only the Power Bender, but also the other Own-Brand models.

Hi Karl, yes: choose the Suzuki Stealth-Valves. You might have to trim the valve bases here and there, but they will fit my own-brand PowerBender and PowerDraw harps.

I also make them for the PowerBender and PowerDraw Lucky 13, though they fit best on my Lucky 13 PowerComb.

I just got my order of stealth-valves "Suzuki 10 Hole" that I ordered for my new Power Bender. Haven't installed it yet, just sort of prepared for it, by searching correct tools and the like. So, I compared the valves with the sizes and spaces of the slots in not only the Power Bender, but also on my Special 20's. It SEEMS like they would fit there too, but I see you sell valve kits for all these options:

Hohner 10 Hole
Hohner 12 Hole
Hohner 14 Hole
Suzuki 10 Hole
Sydal 10 Hole
Brendan Power Lucky 13

So, I suppose the "Hohner 10 hole" (are all Hohner 10 hole harps alike in this aspect?) would be a better option for my SP20's.

If not, which would be better, if at all possible?

I realize that there might be extra work such as trimming either valves or comb or reed plate or whatever. Some advice on this would be much appreciated. I'm all new to this.

Or, to be more specific, it would be nice to see a list on which harp make and model fit together with which valve-kit

So many questions... please enlighten us,
