New to powerbender need guidance

Hello all. My name is James Morris and I live in Cincinnati Ohio USA. I just turned 45 of July 2nd and I got a Seydel 1847 powerbender in A as a gift. First of all I must say this harp is fantastic. Out of the box I could play every bend u til I got to hole 9&10. I tried adjusting the gapping on them but admittedly I am very new to harp 4 months) so it could be my technique. I did get hole 9 to start bending and hole 10 is very close so maybe some more time and it will be fine. Besides that I love the tuning. It seems very intuitive to me.
My question is can I get Brendan’s book as a download? Also is there any other resources available to help with really getting things to click with this tuning? As I said I’m a beginner on harp but I have been a musician for 38 years. I have been able to play some songs already that before I had to use a country tuned harp or I wouldn’t be able to play due to not knowing how to play overblows.
Anyway I’m just looking for some guidance or advice on what I should do from here. I can play clean single notes and play bends with no issue. My technique is decent I’d say as my tone is fairly good and I have some vibrato or tremolo when desired.
I just want to learn this tuning very much because it makes more sense to me than richter. Your advice is appreciated.
