Slide Diatonic Compensation tuning

Post by danleighton »

"Simple" question... tuning a Low D Chromatic to Brendan's Slide Diatonic system. What is the best way to compensate the various notes?

What do you mean by 'compensate'? If you're wondering how to tune the raised slider notes, simply tune them up to the next note if the D scale.

No. I mean as in, cents up or down for good thirds and fifths on the chords.
