Both great apps but I'm having a bit of difficulty with a particular set up.
If I want to record a harp track and overlay it into a tune in Moises how do I capture ONLY the effects processed harmonica and not the ambient room noise and especially not the natural acoustic harp which the mic picks up?

We need more information on your current setup to help you specifically,
but generally you take your song /separated tracks from Moises, put them into your DAW software, and use use an Audio Interface to record your mic signal directly to your DAW.
Mic-> tonebridge -> Audio interface -> DAW.
Each Tonebridge "pedal" has a "noise gate" setting, play with that to avoid room noise going through your mic.
